
Chief Human Capital Strategist

The Human Resource Manager plays a vital role in leading and directing the routine functions of the HR department.
This includes hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, as well as enforcing company policies and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff in the department.
- Overseeing the daily workflow of the department.
- Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, with a minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.
