Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Manager to oversee client paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as familiarity with centralised reporting tools.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor, maintain, and optimise active ad campaigns with a focus on performance goals
- Oversee daily budget pacing and ensure campaign delivery aligns with objectives
- Adjust audiences, placements, bids, or budgets to reduce waste and maximise efficiency
- Flag underperforming assets, conversion drops, or tracking issues quickly and clearly
- Coordinate UTM tracking and ensure proper lead attribution through data analysis
- Support A/B testing of creative, copy, and targeting segments (implementation + tracking)
- Deliver weekly summary reports including top-line metrics, visual performance dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with platform policy updates, technical shifts, and algorithmic changes
The successful candidate will be able to analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and communicate effectively with teams to drive results.
