
Global Sales Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development professional to lead the expansion of our business in the US, UK, and European markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, positioning and promoting our innovative AI-powered software solutions to C-level executives and stakeholders, and driving deal negotiations.
Main Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key decision-makers, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activity.
- New Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the target markets.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote our AI-powered software solutions to potential clients, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Work closely with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the AI/Generative AI industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems for managing sales pipelines and tracking activities.
