We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and executing training schedules, coordinating with the head office, and managing information related to trainings and events.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively coordinate with international and local certification bodies.
- Preparation of Training Schedules: Prepare and manage training calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
- Training Execution: Execute and manage training according to schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders.
- Materials Preparation: Prepare study materials, certificates, and other necessary documents for trainings and courses.
- Candidate Registration: Register candidates for courses and ensure timely follow-up with potential candidates and clients for course registrations.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms to promote trainings and events, and engage with potential candidates and clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
