Job Title

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training strategy design, execution, and material development.

The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating with clients, developing training materials, conducting trainings, documenting processes, and reporting on outcomes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective training strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their training requirements and preferences.
  • Develop high-quality training materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Conduct trainings that are engaging, informative, and result-driven.
  • Document all training activities, including participant feedback and assessment results.
  • Report on training outcomes, including metrics on participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into our overall business strategy.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
