Financial Operations Specialist

An Assistant Manager oversees the financial health of an organization, ensuring its continued viability. They supervise key functions, such as monitoring cash flow, determining profitability, managing expenses, and producing accurate financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategic business plan to support senior management's objectives.
- Prepare periodic internal financial statements for meetings with senior leadership.
- Review and analyze financial metrics to inform business decisions.
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial reporting and deliverables on a periodic basis.
- Conduct analysis, make recommendations, and participate in discussions related to consolidation and reporting matters.
- Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects to enhance organizational performance.
- Support decision-making with financial information and analysis.
- Preferably holds a certification from a reputable accounting body, such as ACCA or CPA, and has relevant academic qualifications.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a technology firm.
- Knowledge of ERPs, including QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, is preferred.
- Experience with taxation, petty cash handling, team management, and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including complex formulas, are necessary.
