Operations Support Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a 3-month contractual role as Office Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office by handling day-to-day tasks, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning.
  • Support internal departments with document management and coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and basic logistics.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation is preferred, but not mandatory. Previous experience in office support or administrative roles is also beneficial.
