We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fuel Manager to lead a team of four individuals involved in inventory, ordering, accounts receivable, billing, and sales. The Fuel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fuel department by reviewing reports from team members, creating reporting templates, and coordinating with the Director to address any customer or vendor issues.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of four individuals involved in inventory, ordering, accounts receivable, billing, and sales.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the fuel department.

- Review reports from team members and provide feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain reporting templates to monitor and track fuel inventory, deliveries, sales, and accounts receivable.

- Coordinate with the Director to address any customer or vendor issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor fuel prices and review accuracy of pricing.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental laws related to fuel storage and distribution.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of fuel products.

- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business, logistics, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in fuel management, logistics, or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with fuel inventory management, ordering, accounts receivable, and billing processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working with fuel suppliers and vendors.

Salary and Compensation

250 to 300K including benefits (PF, Health Insurance, Pick and Drop, Performance Bonus)
