Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

As a key member of the food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet. This includes preparing and serving food and drinks, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality control, managing staff, inventory, health and safety regulations, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standard service procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Supervise staff in using equipment and tools properly to prevent damage and optimize performance.
  3. Analyze guest requirements to resolve any issues promptly and exceed expectations.
  4. Monitor cleanliness and sanitation standards across all organizational projects to maintain high standards.
  5. Investigate ways to improve design and service processes, providing necessary resources and support for better outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with room service staff to streamline operations and deliver excellent services to guests.
  7. Manage phone calls to the room service department to ensure timely responses and meet guest needs.
  8. Evaluate order-taking procedures from visitors to comply with departmental regulations and standards.
  9. Oversight of bar setup, buffet/reception tables, and coffee break processes to enhance overall experience.
  10. Coordinate with departments to guarantee staff setup and supplies meet operational standards.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental guidelines.
  12. Review and analyze pricing, menus, and quality to uphold company reputation.
  13. Inspect food and beverage preparation programs to ensure compliance with standards.
  14. Maintain professional appearance by adhering to dress code and representing the establishment positively.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
