Senior Quality Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead quality assurance testing for large-scale web and mobile applications in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts and frameworks across web and API layers.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance testing efforts for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement test automation strategies using open-source tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and improve test automation tools.
- Create and execute test scripts based on frontend, middleware, and backend requirements.
- Plan test schedules and drive execution activities to meet project deadlines.
Necessary Skills
- Proven experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach using Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (strong plus).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar scripting language.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Solid understanding of software testing life cycle, test planning, and test case development.
- Experience integrating test automation into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to performance testing tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
