Job Overview:

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for monitoring order status and ensuring timely export to delivery partners. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Monitoring and Export: Monitor order status and ensure timely export to delivery partners.
  2. Anomaly Resolution: Maintain diligence in identifying and resolving anomalies in order processing.
  3. Picking, Packing, and Dispatch: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of items on the same day, meeting established KPIs.
  4. Invalid Order Clarification: Clarify and clean up invalid orders.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 2 years' experience coordinating shipments or supplies.
  2. Dynamic Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic work environment.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Results-oriented problem-solving skills.
  4. Management Experience: Hands-on experience in managing restaurants, cash management, or similar roles.
