Job Title: Health Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Health Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business through professional presentations to targeted doctors in your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure adequate knowledge of our products and their competition to establish net gains for customers/users.
  • Update doctors/chemists contact records with consent from your District Field Manager and maintain all call records through the M.I. system.
  • Create weekly and monthly call plans to improve coverage of A, B & C class customers based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Submit call reports through the M.I. application according to scheduled submission times.
  • Monitor competitive activities in your geographical area and provide feedback to your DFM for communication to marketing for rebuttal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory.
  • Make professional presentations using selling skills to listed doctors on approved indications of Pfizer products to increase prescriptions.
  • Submit reports regarding calls made to doctors and chemists to your District Field Manager through the M.I. application based on defined KPIs.
  • Follow the approved tour program, make planned calls accordingly, and present the coverage of A, B & C class customers.
  • Avoid unethical practices while promoting your products to customers, and pass on desired information about benefits offered by the product.
  • Arrange Product Group Meetings with doctors to discuss one or two products in detail.
  • Stay updated on own and competitive products.
  • Collect and report information on promotional and marketing moves of the competition.
  • Provide periodic feedback to your manager and the marketing group on these promotional activities.
  • Ensure stock availability of major promotable products at retail level in your territory for honoring prescriptions generated by your customers.
  • Follow plans to achieve assigned objectives for increased prescription flow from identified doctors and report findings periodically to your District Field Manager.
  • Maintain proper dressing, attire, and maintenance of records/detailing kit and vehicle provided to you.
  • Submit expenses and leave plans according to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Science graduate, preferably Pharm D.
  • Min 2 Years, max up to 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
