Compliance Expert Opportunity

The Compliance Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring that all applicable regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee regulatory compliance across various departments and digital services.
  • Liaise directly with relevant authorities for inspections, reporting, queries, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Compliance Framework Development
  • Design, implement, and regularly update the Compliance Management Framework to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor Key Compliance Indicators (KCIs) and ensure alignment with audit findings.
Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT)
  • Lead AML/CFT program implementation in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Officer and MLRO for system-based alerts and regulatory reporting.
Product & Digital Compliance
  • Evaluate compliance risks associated with new features and APIs to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Verify that digital products meet regulatory standards and customer protection frameworks.
Internal Policy Development & Training
  • Establish and enforce internal compliance-related policies and SOPs.
  • Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for staff.
  • Lead periodic policy reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory updates.
Audit & Incident Management
  • Support regulatory and internal audits, ensuring closure of compliance-related findings.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
