Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to the legal standards of US Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing regulations across all aspects and levels of business, as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and make improvements as needed.
  • Revise procedures, reports, etc., periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments within or outside the organization, as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a compliance officer in the US Healthcare Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare industry's standards and regulations.
  • Excellent expertise in MS Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
  • A business acumen paired with a commitment to legality.
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
  • An analytical mind able to 'see' the complexities of procedures and regulations.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

The ideal location for this role is Karachi Division, Pakistan.
