Key Job Role:

Manage compliance of license conditions, performance and service standards ensuring adherence to OGRA Ordinance and applicable laws.

  • A highly experienced professional with 6 years of post-qualification experience or 9 years respectively is required in this role.
  • Expertise in Regulatory Framework will be an added advantage for the position.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, preparing MIS data reports for senior management on consumer complaints is a key responsibility.
  • Coordinating and responding to Audit Para(s) for regulatory and statutory obligations under management supervision.
  • Improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management through effective implementation measures.
  • Ensuring high professional and technical standards by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards, and techniques.
  • Monitoring risks and response strategies under management control.
  • This position involves undertaking other assignments as instructed by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
