Sales Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop In-Depth Knowledge of Products: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing in-depth knowledge of products, which enables them to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Lead Sales Support Operations: As a Sales Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading sales support operations, ensuring that all aspects of sales support are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage High-Performing Sales Support Team: You will manage a high-performing sales support team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with EVP of Sales: You will work closely with the EVP of Sales to establish and maintain a world-class sales culture focused on delivering results through ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics Data: You will analyze performance metrics data to effectively coach and develop the sales support team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Effectively Manage Sales Operations Expenses: You will be responsible for effectively managing sales operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.
  • Develop and Implement New Processes: You will develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance team operations efficiency, reducing costs and improving productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Sales Support Operations: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support operations is required, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Able to Analyze Performance Metrics Data: You must be able to analyze performance metrics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.
  • Able to Develop and Implement New Processes: You must be able to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance team operations efficiency.
