About the Role

This strategic outreach position is designed to expand a youth mental wellness program's presence in schools by fostering partnerships and onboarding new institutions. The ideal candidate will be well-connected within the education sector, particularly in Lahore's private and international school communities.

Key responsibilities include introducing the program to key decision-makers, leveraging personal networks to schedule high-level meetings for program presentations, tailoring the program pitch to align with each school's mission and student development goals, supporting negotiations with interested schools, and facilitating onboarding steps.

Ideal Background

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Benefits and Working Model

This is a commission-based role offering a 10% commission on the first-month contract value for each school successfully onboarded through your efforts. There is no monthly retainer at this time. This role offers flexibility in hours and autonomy, with impact-driven outcomes and a chance to contribute to a meaningful youth-focused mission.

Contract Details

This is a contractual position for an initial period of 3 to 6 months, depending on the successful onboarding of a limited number of schools. The contract may be extended or concluded based on program needs and mutual agreement.
