Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead and expand our educational and wellness offerings.

This role combines program development, team leadership, and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful courses, seminars, and workshops while fostering a thriving learning community.

  • Program Development & Delivery:
    • Project Management of educational programs, wellness seminars, and skill-building workshops aligned with our mission.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging curricula and training materials.
    • Oversee logistics (scheduling, venue, materials) for on-campus and virtual events.
    • Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and iterate for improvement.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Hire, train, and mentor a team of content writers, social media specialists, and customer support staff.
    • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of content, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Build partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and vendors to co-create programs or secure resources.
    • Occasionally represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Wellness, or a related field is required.

3-5 years of experience in program management, education, or wellness industries is necessary.

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (5+ members) is essential.

Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking are crucial.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required.
