Sales Representative - Project Sales
This role involves selling property units, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and providing effective demonstrations to close deals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough briefings to clients regarding relevant property units.
- Carry out site visits and deliver presentations to secure timely closures.
- Establish open communication channels with clients to address their evolving needs.
- Foster strong professional relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to calls and meetings.
- Identify opportunities for lead generation, conversion, and timely deal closure.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, routes, and sales sites to effectively communicate with potential investors.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably from a recent graduate or someone with some experience.
- Possess a degree or masters equivalent in any field.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with clients.
- Showcase exceptional presentation skills to engage audiences.
- Be proficient in preparing for meetings and developing rapport with clients.
- Display ability to tackle challenges head-on and demonstrate effective time management.
