We are looking for a talented Recruitment Executive to partner with us in driving our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying and sourcing top talent to helping onboard new hires.

Job Summary:
  • Recruit top talent to support our company's growth and success.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage the interview process and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
