Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting North American audiences across multiple channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation specifically for the US and Canadian markets.
  • Optimize campaigns for click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and geo-targeting for campaigns targeting the US and Canada.
  • Implement remarketing strategies and audience segmentation for North American traffic.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking for Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads updates and market trends in North America.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns targeting USA and Canada.
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategies, geo-targeting, and time-zone optimization for North American markets.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Google Analytics (GA4), and Keyword Planner.
  • Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
