About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor network performance, ensuring optimal operation and resolving any network-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain and implement network security protocols, including firewall configurations, to protect systems from cyber threats.
  • Keep detailed logs of network configurations, changes, and performance issues, and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues, implement network enhancements, and support projects requiring network connectivity.
Requirements & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
  • Proven experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE-1, NSE-2, NSE-3, NSE-7, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
