We are seeking an experienced Webflow Specialist to join our team at Cadrespace. As a collaborative and analytical individual, you will play a key role in helping us grow and maintain our company websites.

About the Role
  • This position requires expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with a focus on following brand guidelines and prioritizing brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Proficiency in Webflow is essential, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword rankings and staying up-to-date with ever-changing trends, is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in evolving web standards and best practices, as well as experience with user testing, A/B testing, and collecting/reporting data.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Google Tag Manager, as well as social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts), is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a front-end developer
  • Experience with Webflow or similar content management system
  • Website migration experience and knowledge of process best practices
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge of website management tools
  • A keen eye for UX/UI
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to generate creative ideas
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
