Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance efforts in the HealthTech vertical. As an Expert in this domain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with clinical and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and audits of HealthTech's digital and partner healthcare services to ensure adherence to set standards.
  • Assess customer journeys for lab bookings, pharmacy orders, surgery scheduling, and telemedicine consultations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that address patient pain points.
  • Develop and execute Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and work with training teams to enhance staff and partner skills.
  • Analyze healthcare and customer data to pinpoint trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Manager Quality Assurance in vendor performance management, audits, and quality reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, patient safety protocols, and data privacy standards.
  • Prepare and share regular reports and insights into clinical and service quality with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory qualification: MBBS/MD or equivalent degree with valid registration.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, clinical audit, or hospital/clinic operations.
  • Working knowledge of digital healthcare platforms, clinical workflows, and customer experience best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and quality.
