Job Description:

The role of Quality Assurance Expert - HealthTech involves ensuring compliance with clinical and service quality standards through thorough evaluations and audits. This includes assessing customer journeys, identifying process gaps, and implementing solutions to improve patient experiences.

As a member of the Quality Assurance team under the Digital Healthcare vertical, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners to drive quality improvements.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and audits of HealthTech's digital and partner healthcare services.
  • Assess customer journeys for lab bookings, pharmacy orders, surgery scheduling, and telemedicine consultations.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance patient experiences.
  • Develop and execute Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and collaborate with training teams for staff and partner development.
  • Analyze healthcare and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the Manager Quality Assurance in vendor performance management, audits, and quality reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and data privacy standards.
Requirements:Education and Qualifications:
  • MBBS/MD or equivalent degree is mandatory with valid registration from the relevant medical council.
Experience and Skills:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, clinical audit, or hospital/clinic operations.
  • Working knowledge of digital healthcare platforms, clinical workflows, and customer experience best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and quality.
