Technical Assistant Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rides and attractions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, coordinating day-to-day mechanical activities, and conducting regular inspections of rides and attractions to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Maintenance Mechanics: Oversee a team of maintenance mechanics to ensure that all rides and attractions are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate Mechanical Activities: Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day mechanical activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
  • Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect rides and attractions to identify potential issues and ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Manage Manpower: Schedule and coordinate manpower for ride and attraction breakdowns to minimize impact on operations.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in maintenance mechanics and mechanical components.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of machines, tools, and their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
