Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Red Team Manager - Cyber Security to join our team. The role involves leading red teaming assessments, penetration testing, and adversary simulations to improve our security posture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in Application Security, Cybersecurity, and Security Research. They will also have hands-on experience with security tools such as Burp Suite and Cobalt Strike. A proven bug bounty track record with high-impact findings is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead red teaming assessments, penetration testing, and adversary simulations.
  • Develop and automate security testing tools and attack simulations.
  • Implement automated reconnaissance and exploitation frameworks to streamline offensive security operations.
  • Utilize threat intelligence to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with blue teams to improve overall security posture.
  • Document research findings, security assessments, and automation workflows.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Application Security, Cybersecurity, and Security Research.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools (Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, etc.).
  • Proven bug bounty track record with high-impact findings.
  • Experience in security automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
  • Knowledge of exploit development, malware analysis, and reverse engineering.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and penetration testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
