The HR Manager will work closely with the Management to help promote the values of the organization, provide general HR advice, and support line managers with all HR-related activities to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the recruitment process, screen CVs, arrange and conduct interviews as required.
  2. Work with management to produce documents including job descriptions, offer letters, contracts, etc.
  3. Update and maintain the HR system.
  4. Account Knowledge (Ledger Book, Petty cash Cash in and out).
  5. Ensure proper headwise classification of expenses and income.
  6. Ensure proper accounting treatment of adjusting entries i.e. Pre-paid rent etc. on a monthly basis.
  7. Ensure closing of accounting period as per final checklist on a monthly basis.
  8. Work with Payroll Company to process weekly/monthly payroll.
  9. Deal with all disciplinary/grievance and absence management.
  10. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the industry.
  11. Oversee and administer all HR policies and procedures, coordinate and communicate them to all staff.
Job Specification
  1. HRM Degree or equivalent experience; sound HR generalist background with excellent knowledge.
  2. Previous experience in managing the full range of duties across the HR function, including recruitment.
  3. Confident in handling all aspects of employee relations; adaptable and can maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  4. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and effectively to deliver a high-quality HR service to the business.
  6. Good attention to detail, time management, and a proactive 'can do' approach to complex solutions.
