Job Title: Brand Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Branding Specialist to lead our brand's digital identity and personal branding initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, authentic brand identities while positioning our leaders as industry thought leaders or SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Create cohesive digital strategies that communicate our mission, values, and vision across various platforms, ensuring resonance with our target audience and standing out in the industry.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering engagement, building a vibrant online community, and ensuring all activities align with brand objectives.
  • Personal Branding: Oversee the online presence of key individuals, ensuring alignment with brand messaging while positioning them as industry stakeholders, experts, and thought leaders through impactful personal branding strategies.
  • Strategic Content Curation and Development: Identify, create, and share content that reflects the thought leader's expertise, values, and vision, resonating with the target audience and reinforcing the leader's unique perspective.
  • Community Management and Insights: Actively engage with the community, collect and analyze feedback, and adapt messaging strategies to meet evolving needs and preferences.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and drive measurable results that support business objectives.
  • Maintaining Brand Voice: Ensure consistent tone, voice, and personality across all digital channels, establishing trust and recognition.
  • Collaborative Brand Execution: Partner with the design team to integrate branding efforts into broader campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment and a unified message.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Content Writing or Social Media Management.
  • Experience in Brand Management is a plus.
