Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction through regular feedback.
  • Optimize the revenue-generating funnel to maximize returns.
  • Address client requests and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Tech industry background preferred.
  • Calm, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual.
  • General business operating knowledge and client retention expertise.
  • High service orientation and responsive communication style.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, Outlook, and Teams.
