Job Description
As a Customer Retention Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and build long-term relationships with them. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention. Your goal will be to educate customers on the value of our products and provide them with exceptional service and support.
To succeed in this role, you must be a results-driven professional with a minimum of 01 year experience in a similar field. A strong educational background and excellent communication skills are also essential.
