Job Title

We are seeking a talented AI Automation Specialist to join our team. As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact processes ripe for automation, building and deploying workflows, integrating tools, and monitoring and iterating on automations to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map pain points by interviewing team members across various departments to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Ship automations quickly by building, testing, and deploying n8n workflows and custom scripts for use cases such as influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.
  • Integrate tools using APIs and webhooks by connecting platforms like Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Monitor and iterate on automations by setting up logging, alerting, and SLA checks, and refining flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document and train non-technical teammates by creating concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs.
  • Track ROI by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in building workflow automations, specifically with n8n.
  • Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, comfortable working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
  • Basic SQL and data-viz skills, including Metabase, Looker, Supabase.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
