  • Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and delivery of finished goods.\
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs.\
  • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits to minimize losses and ensure traceability.\
  • Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities.\
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.\
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting.\
  • Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.\
