We're seeking a professional who can deliver exceptional customer service and support our business growth. At TalentPop App, we believe that customer support is more than just answering questions - it's about building real trust with every interaction.

As a fully remote customer support agent, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers. You will work independently, handling multiple conversations at once, and be empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

You will be responsible for responding to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner, handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. You will also use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, as well as at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias. You should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
