We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This position requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and provide satisfactory solutions to their queries.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, providing information about products and services, taking/canceling orders, or obtaining details of complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up to guarantee that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Contribute to enhancing the organization's reputation by taking ownership of accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate or above level of education is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong customer service focus.
  • Hands-on problem-solving ability and effective communication skills to convey technical information in a simple manner.
