To succeed as a Revenue Expansion Manager at HR Ways, you will need to have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Sales Strategies:
    • Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
    • Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms and conditions for HR Ways.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Mentor and coach junior sales team members to achieve sales goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform senior management decisions.
    • Identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in inside sales with a focus on fintech and software sales.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Job Details

Experience: 4+ years

Work Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM

Work Days: Monday-Friday
