Project Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced project estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, analyzing proposals and historical data to create comprehensive cost estimates.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping shape project bids.

The selected candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in project estimation or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing bid strategies
  • Preparing thorough cost analyses
  • Analyzing project proposals for budget and cost estimate preparation
  • Gathering, updating, and reviewing historical cost data

This is a mid-senior level position requiring full-time commitment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management and manufacturing, with a background in civil engineering.
