About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to meet specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster community interaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach, conversions, etc.) to assess performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Social Listening: Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations about the brand, competitors, and industry, and use insights to adjust strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve any potential issues or negative feedback that arise on digital media to protect the brand's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing digital marketing platforms for a brand or company.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or video editing software (iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proficiency in managing paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and KPIs with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and interactive posts that resonate with the audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail, especially in content creation, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how digital marketing plays a role in driving traffic and improving search rankings.
