This is a key role in ensuring the availability and performance of our systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and administer inventory operations, support application operations, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UATs), and handle system configuration changes and data reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations and system integrity.

  • Manage and administer inventory operations to ensure 24/7 system availability and daily operations.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application operations and user incidents.
  • Conduct UATs, manage deployments, and liaise with vendors to resolve system bugs.
  • Manage system configurations and change requests in coordination with IT planning teams.
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies and perform regular system reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
