Role Description - (Please Read the Full Description Before Submitting Application)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager After Sales Service to lead our client's service operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer support, efficient service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction, strengthening the company's reputation in the dairy machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head the After-Sales Service Department, ensuring seamless Commissioning of Equipment, operations and excellent customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer retention.
- Manage and train service teams to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and manufacturing teams to provide technical insights and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance or after-sales service, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in managing after-sales service operations
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Team management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of service improvement strategies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Salary & Benefits
- A generous Salary in the bracket of 140,000 to 150,000 coupled with the standard benefits package.
