JOB DESCRIPTION:
  1. Manage and inspire the existing sales team to improve market penetration and increase sales and margin for the major supplier of inks to the INK JET printing industry.
  2. Develop a sales strategy according to the market for all IMAGING INK GRAPHIC products.
  3. Experience in managing budgets, sales plans, and distribution development according to strategic sales regions.
  4. Focus on achieving goals and producing results.
  5. Ability to constantly observe and react to the activities and strategies of competitors.
  6. Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
  7. Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of sales officers, when required.
  8. Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
  9. Responsible for managing and controlling the sales team.
  10. Focus on achieving sales revenue and market share targets by developing and executing business plans with the sales team.
  11. Ensuring effective coverage of territories and supporting the Sales department.
Job Specification
  1. Extensive travel; on a national basis; is a requirement for the position.
  2. Travel of 75% plus will be required for success.
  3. Having detailed knowledge of the GRAPHIC IMAGING industry.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
  5. Should be fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi with good communication skills to interact with clients locally.
  6. Experience of managing a sales force at the national level.
  7. Experience of planning, directing, and controlling all sales and distribution.
  8. Knows the local market in depth.
  9. Computer literate.
  10. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
  11. Proactively improving services.
  12. Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
  13. Make strategic decisions.
  14. Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal.
  15. Coordination and planning of budgets, people, and time management.
  16. Dedicated to improving results.
  17. Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences.
  18. Show loyalty to the team by standing by decisions that benefit the organization.
