Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce professional to manage our online presence and drive sales.

  • Content Creation: Develop and update website content, including products, promotions, and other relevant information to engage customers and enhance the user experience.
  • Traffic Generation: Implement strategies to increase website traffic and sales through various means, such as pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, e-commerce platforms, and more.
  • Website Optimization: Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Online Performance: Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them, driving continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements

Key Skills:

  • Web Traffic Strategies: Understanding of disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites, including PPC, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, offline marketing and PR, affiliate programmes, and more.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Experience in order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software like Excel and Photoshop.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of web technologies, including FTP, browsers, HTML, and data files.
  • Data Management: Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • CMS Experience: Previous experience working with website or e-commerce Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Google Tools: Basic understanding of Google products, such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics, is desirable.
