Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our e-commerce platform. This role is responsible for managing order fulfillment, inventory, customer service, website performance, and operational analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in e-commerce operations, process improvement, and team management.

Responsibilities

1. Order Management

  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle from placement to final delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and shipment efficiency.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Manage inventory updates, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking.

3. Customer Service

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
  • Work with the customer service team to enhance service protocols and processes.

4. Website & Content Management

  • Ensure the e-commerce website is updated with accurate products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor website functionality and coordinate troubleshooting of technical issues.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across operations.
  • Generate reports to assess process efficiency and overall success.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of e-commerce professionals.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory processes.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant e-commerce/ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
