This leadership role requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail operations, with expertise in sales, customer service, and team management.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Creating and executing operational plans that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  2. Lead and Manage a Team: Fostering a positive work environment, motivating employees, and developing their skills to achieve business objectives.
  3. Analyze and Interpret Data: Using data analysis to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.
  4. Build Strong Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and Brand Manager, working closely with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements
  1. MBA in Marketing with 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
  2. Strong Leadership Skills: Possessing the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
  3. Excellent Analytical Skills: Having a good understanding of data analysis and being able to interpret results to inform business decisions.
