Job Description – Product Analyst (GA4 & Mixpanel Focus)

We are looking for a curious and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our team This role is perfect for candidates with at least up to 1 Year of experience who are passionate about user analytics and product insights. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with product and marketing teams to track user behavior, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-informed decisions using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Mixpanel.

This position offers hands-on exposure to modern analytics stacks and is an excellent entry point into the world of product and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

-- Set up and manage tracking solutions using GA4, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Collaborate with clients or internal teams to define KPIs, set up event tracking, and ensure proper data collection across platforms.

-- Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to uncover actionable insights for product and marketing optimization.

Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize user behavior and conversion metrics.

-- Document analytics implementations, reporting logic, and event schemas for consistency and scale.

Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot tracking issues, and continuously improve event instrumentation.

Qualifications

-- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or Engineering.

-- Exposure to GA4, Mixpanel, or GTM through coursework, projects, or internships.

-- Strong understanding of user journeys, funnel analysis, and key digital marketing metrics (e.g., sessions, conversions, retention).

-- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) and basic proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus.

-- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-- Effective written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings clearly.
