Senior Brand Design Lead

Pursue a dynamic role as Senior Brand Design Lead, shaping the visual identity of our regions through innovative design approaches.

About the Role
  • Lead the creation of high-quality creative and executive design materials that elevate brand perception in the SA region.
  • Develop and implement design guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
  1. Design Leadership: Convey creative direction and supervise design work to ensure adherence to global guidelines and regional nuances.
  2. Quality Control: Monitor and improve the quality rate of design work within the SA region.
  3. Innovation: Identify best practices and scale them to enhance design excellence.
  4. Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a strong brand image through visual communications across the region.
  5. Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Lead to implement global design guidelines and develop master layouts for online and offline marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work is essential.
  • Successful completion of a test task within the company is required.
  • Relevant work experience in design studios, advertising agencies, or global companies as a senior/principal designer is necessary.
