Community Livelihood Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Livelihood Coordinator to lead our project on sustainable community livelihood in Sindh.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will leverage their one year of experience in coordinating livelihood projects in Sindh to drive project success. They will be responsible for leading a diverse project team with expertise in various skills, maintaining strong relationships with donors and partner organizations through effective reporting and monitoring, traveling extensively throughout the field to ensure project progress, and cultivating trust and understanding with poor and illiterate communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as a Coordinator in livelihood projects in Sindh.
  • Capacity to lead a project team with diverse skills.
  • Able to report to donors and handle monitoring visits by partner organizations.
  • Will to travel extensively in the field.
  • Ability to work effectively with poor and illiterate communities.
  • A Master's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
