We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant – Sustainability to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainable development and corporate responsibility, with strong research capabilities and a background in finance. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainability strategies, reporting, and consulting projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sustainability trends, ESG reporting standards, and industry best practices.
  • Support in preparing sustainability reports, impact assessments, and client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations.
  • Stay updated with global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
  • Assist in client engagements, presentations, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA (Finance major), CA, ACCA, or CA Finalist
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience; experience in sustainability consulting or corporate sustainability will be a plus
  • Strong academic background with a passion for ESG and sustainability topics

Skills Required:

  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Exposure to corporate sustainability functions or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with ESG data analysis or reporting standards
