Job Title: Strategic Regional Network LeaderWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our regional network team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize regional sales and revenue, while ensuring customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations and management, as well as a strong knowledge of the telecom industry. A master's degree in Engineering or Business Management is also required.Purpose of Position:
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Manage design, construction, and operations of local access networks.
Key Responsibilities:Network Management
  • Propose local access network plan in conjunction with CTO and divisional heads.
  • Authorize and oversee construction of access network.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage customer satisfaction level in the region.
  • Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints.
Sales Generation
  • Retain and increase subscriber base.
  • Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at regional level.
Operational Performance
  • Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets.
Facilities Management
  • Ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
Primary KPIs:
  • Restore networks within stipulated time.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
Secondary KPIs:
  • Evaluate subordinate performance.
