Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to partner with clients on ERP implementations and optimizations that align system capability with business processes.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong understanding of core business processes and have hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements to produce comprehensive process maps
- Configure ERP modules, support customizations, integrations, and data migration to ensure seamless system functionality
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to guarantee a smooth implementation
- Train end users and provide post-implementation hypercare and support to ensure user adoption
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Recommend best-practice process improvements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Proven experience as an ERP consultant with a strong track record of successful implementations
- Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams
